What
is special about the PelletMaker ?
The pellet maker has been developed to date are not
using biomass to supply the energy cycle. It combines two processes in one machine:
1. Crush
2. Pelleting
Further, the function
of the large pellet plants is lower. The
private Heating user is thus independent.
For
whom is the PelletMaker suitable ?
The
pellet-maker has been developed for private consumers as well as for
the small business enterprise .It applies anywhere where small to
middle pellet
production is needed.
With an output of 50kg per hour (cutting softwood mixture and press),
it is portable.
Due to its low price,
it fits in the wallet of family breadwinner.
Which
material can I
use ?
Waste wood of all kinds, straw, hay, garden section
and all other biomass such as juice pulp, oil-cake, biogas substrates,
etc.
How
dry should the material be ?
The
principle rule applies here, the drier the better.Ideally the material
should not contain more than 20% residual moisture.Moist material
should always be mixed with dry material.
How much can I
produce, and what is the cost ?
With
constant filling in one hour depending on material used up to 50kg,
with a 3kw/h consumtion. The cost of 50kg production including wear and
tear on the machine is 0.95 euros, depending on care, not
including input material and personal work time.
Example with input material and without personal work time:
Purchase
(average price from 2009):
1,000 kg. Pellets cost
on average 221.00 euros to purchase.
For 50 kg
pellets estimate 11.05 euros.
Own
production:
50
kg. Pellets produced with the PelletMaker in 1 hour.
Employment:
For
1 hr. running time 3 KW/H.
1 KW/H costs
on average 0.21 euros.
3 KW/H x 0.21 euros
= 0.63 euros/per hour
estimated wear tear costs 0.32 euros/hr.
=
0.95 euros operating cost for 50 kg. Pellets without material and work
time
Savings:
50 kg. Pellets cost
you
0.95 euros.
1,000 kg. Pellets
cost
you 19.00 euros.
221.00 euros (bought
pellets) -
19.00 euros (own production) = 202.00 euros saving, without material
and work time.
PelletMaker how
heavy is it and can I move it ?
The PelletMaker
weighs approx. 220 kg and can be moved simply as it is mounted on
wheels. The dimensions of the pellet-maker are: 0.75 x 0.90
x 1.70 m
Which
wearable parts do I have ?
Wearable parts: the
Raspdrum and the flat-dies an koller.
How long do the
wearable parts hold ?
The
lifespan of the wearable depends strongly on the type of materials
used, the cleaner the raw material is, ie.no nails or earth or stones,
the more durable the wearable parts remain.
Raspdrum
sharpen or exchange ?
It is more economical to
exchange as the drum has too many teeth to sharpen.
How
durable is the Raspdrum ?
The teeth of the
Raspdrum are made from mining industry quality high-strength steel
which is also in mining, as well as in the mining industry.
Why do I need
different diameter dies ?
Owners of pellet
heating systems 6mm dies are applicable.
Our PelletMaker pellet diameter can be prepared up
to 20mm diameter.
